Lyon Airport Terminal 1

Lyon Airport Terminal 1 serves both regional and international flights.

Present & future

It is expected that further works will be done till 2020, when it will be finally complete, hosting all airport flights and closing Terminal 2.

Transfer between Terminals

Both terminals are connected at their departure lounges by Le Centre, a three level connecting hub where many airport services are hosted.

Hall A and Hall B are united by road. Also there is a walkway between these terminal which can be completed within 5 minutes. 

Levels

Lyon Airport Terminal 1 has a couple of Halls, Hall A and Hall B:

Hall A

Hall A is distributed in two levels:

Level 0

Arrivals level. Find it this level the Arrivals Hall, the connection to the Ground Transportation Centre, access to the underground P1 parking lot, car rental booths, bus stops, taxi ranks, short-stay parking lot, the Hub Business, luggage wrapping, information counter, lifts and escalators to access to the first level.

Level 1

Departures level. Find here the Departures Hall. From this level you can access to Le Centre, where you will be able to connect with the upper level of Terminal 2. You can also access to boarding gates 16 to 19 after clearing Security. 

Hall B

Lyon Airport Terminal 1 Hall B is where the satellite facilities are located. It will be able to host along with Hall A over 11 million passengers after its completion.

Level 0

Find in the lower level the connection by road to the Hall A. On this level find an information counter, drop off and pick up points, short-stay parking lot, luggage wrapping, access to the boarding gate 10 and access by lift and escalators to level 1. 

Level 1

In the upper level you can access to gate D, but first you’ll need to clear the Security Control.

Salon Mont Blanc: First level. From 05:00 to 20:45. Services: Premium food, Snacks, Alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, Showers, Flight monitors, Newspapers, Magazines, TV, Internet terminals. Please note it is a non-smoking facility.
